Marketing Deployment Lead – TVN (Vietnam and Thailand)

Position Purpose & Summary
Cover both Vietnam and Thailand markets

Take Leads in coordination with Category Leads (Pork and Poultry) and commercial team to develop and execute comprehensive NPSS launch program, especially product communication through out organization from internal employee, sales team, dealers and farmers.

Support commercial team to develop and execute comprehensive customer communication and engagement programs。

Tale lead in working with appropriate COEs to develop and execute functional training and development program for internal including staffs, sales and technical services。

Brand custodian, take lead in development and execution of all brand communications through out vavious communication channels including website, mass media, etc…

Brand custodian, ensure quality and consistency of Cargill brand and its communication across communication materials and channels.

Builds and sustains high performance deployment and training teams that work effectively together, including identifying and developing current and future talent

Regularly provide supervision and coaching to his/her team to ensure quality of marketing communication & training marterials and also execution excellence in the market via commercial team on time in full.  

Principal Accountabilities

NPSS Communication development and deployment to markets (both Vietnam and Thailand):

Works with Category Leads and CDs to develop relevant communication materials/campaigns for all NPSS and other marketing campaigns.

Leads the deployment of communication materials for all NPSS to market to ensure comprehensive understanding and appreciation of Cargill value proposition.

Leads to align with CDs on GTM and communication deployment plan and execute them in the market through commercial team.
Support commercial team to develop and execute comprehensive customer communication and engagement programs.

Regularly provide supervision and coaching to his/her team to ensure quality of product communication marterials and also execution excellence in the market via commercial team on time in full

Coordinate and arrange technical & functional training (both Vietnam and Thailand markets):

Take lead2019网赚游戏 in working with Category leads and CDs to define and map out the organization’s needs on key required technical & functional capabilities that enable devering of company business objective and future strategy.

Take lead in working with appropriate COEs to develop and execute relevant functional & technical training programs for internal staffs, sales and technical service team.  
Support commercial team to drive comprehensive understanding and application of the Cargill Sales Framework into the day to day sale operation.
Regularly provide supervision and coaching to his/her team to ensure quality of marketing communication & training marterials and also execution excellence in the market via commercial team on time in full.
Support SMT Director to completes a strategic workforce plan for SMT functions. Define/revise position requirements, assess talent, and implement changes to drive a world class organization.
Support SMT Director to Builds and sustains high performance teams that work effectively together, including identifying and developing current and future talent

Brand custodian, develop and execute brand communication (both Vietnam and Thailand markets):

Lead in development and execution of all brand communications through out vavious communication channels including website, mass media, social media, etc…

Brand custodian, ensure quality and consistency of Cargill brand architechture and brand essence across communication materials and channels.

Protects and enhances CAN′s reputation and brands.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience either in training development or marketing communication, experience in both field is a trong bonus point.
  • Strong leadership skills, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Must have sense of prioritization, urgency and entrepreneurial proven track records
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and lead change
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Driving execution excellence track records
  • Fluent in English communication (written and spoken)
