Position Purpose & Summary
Scope of work cover both Vietnam and Thailand market

Lead in working with Category Lead – Poultry and TAMs – Poultry to translate the specific NPSS into customer relevant and attractive value proposition, selling story.

Lead in working with cross functional team including TAMs, CDs, BOSC, Supply Chain, RMS, CSSP to develop launch plan and ensure product readiness, registration, packaging development and go-to-market plan (including pilots and POPs).

Support Category Lead and TAMs in identifying customers’ unmet needs and developing appropriate NPSS offering that creating winning position vs competitors and drive growth.

Support Category Lead in managing and executing product portfolio optimization and rationalization.  

Lead in developing product communication content that ensure comprehensive understanding of product feature/benefit and selling proposition. Deployment of the lauch and communication campaign will be handled by Marketing Deployment team.

Lead in working with appropriate COEs and Marketing deployment team to ensure full understanding of product strategy and product knowledge across organization from ternal staffs, sales, technical services to external customers.   

Conduct regular competitor tracking and analysis on product performance, pricing, promotion, etc… and therefore propose appropriate counter marketing activities.

Principal Accountabilities

NPSS launch preparation and GTM execution for Poultry category (both Vietnam and Thailand market):

  • Lead in working with Category Lead – Poultry and TAMs – Poultry to translate the specific NPSS into customer relevant and attractive value proposition, selling story.
  • Lead in working with cross functional team including TAMs, CDs, BOSC, Supply Chain, RMS, CSSP to develop launch plan and ensure product readiness, registration, packaging development and go-to-market plan (including pilots and POPs).
  • Lead in managing overall NPSS development and launch to the market to meet expected timeline and business target.
  • Lead in developing packaging design for specific new product launch.
  • Lead in developing product communication content that ensure comprehensive understanding of product feature/benefit and selling proposition. Deployment of the lauch and communication campaign will be handled by Marketing Deployment team.

Product portfolio management and NPSS development:

  • Lead in developing packaging and coding architechture that ensure consistency and refection of portfolio strategy across product ranges.
  • Support Category Lead and TAMs in identifying customers’ unmet needs and developing appropriate NPSS offering that creating winning position vs competitors and drive growth.
  • Lead in working with appropriate COEs and Marketing deployment team to ensure full understanding of product strategy and product knowledge across organization from ternal staffs, sales, technical services to external customers.
  • Support Category Lead in managing and executing product portfolio optimization and rationalization. 

Driving and tracking product performance:

  • Working with Market Insight Lead to develop appropriate performance tracking for the strategic product, segment and portfolio in both volume, pricing and profitability.
  • Conduct Regular competitor tracking and analysis on product performance, pricing, promotion, etc… and therefore propose appropriate counter marketing activities.

Education, Experience, Skills

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in product marketing management. Direct experience in feed or argriculture industry is bonus point.
  • Strong leadership skills, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Must have sense of prioritization, urgency and entrepreneurial proven track records
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and lead change
  • Excellence in execution track records
  • Fluent in English communication (written and spoken)
  • Career Development: A successful candidate can assume further leadership roles in SMT.
